Try you hand at catching Cod, Bass and Congers with this sea fishing experience
This sea fishing experience is fun, unique and completely unforgettable! You’ll be delighted as you attempt to catch Cod, Bass, Rays, Smooth-hounds and Congers on the beautiful Bristol Channel. Your experienced skipper will teach you how to bait up and cast effectively, and you’ll even receive pictures of your most impressive catches after your experience!

Arrive at 07:30 and meet the skipper. You’ll then step on board Chara – your boat for the day - and after a quick safety briefing from the skipper you will depart the marina. After approximately 60 minutes travelling out in the Bristol Channel you will drop anchor and start fishing. The skipper will give a demonstration on how to bait up and cast and will be available for help all day as you attempt to catch Cod, Bass, Smooth-hounds, Rays and Congers. Free Tea & Coffee will be available throughout the day. Photos will be taken of all the catches and emailed to participant. After approximately 6 hours fishing you will head back to shore for around 4pm.
Notes
Your voucher is valid for 10 months. Minimum age is 16 (under 16s must be accompanied by an adult). This experience is available on selected dates only. We recommend you book at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure dates are available before your voucher expiry date. Bad weather may cause a cancellation but an alternative booking will be offered at no extra cost. The experience offers limited disabled facilities – there is no wheel chair access. You are advised to wear waterproofs and strong footwear. If you suffer from sea sickness please take the necessary medication. Sun cream may be needed during warm weather. All catches made can be photographed and emailed to the participants on request. All dates are subject to availability.
