Gorsebank is situated on an 80 acre equestrian farm in the beautiful Galloway Hills in South West Scotland. Upon arrival, you will be shown to the jumbo pod which will be yours for one night. The Pods are a well built, insulated wooden hut that provides a comfortable alternative to traditional camping accommodation. It comes with running electricity, lighting, a power point, fridge, kettle and heater. You will sleep on the carpeted floor on foam beds/chairs. Outside of the pod there is a picnic table, BBQ and campfire area. There are toilets, showers, a kitchen/dining area and laundry and drying areas on site. All this will enable you to enjoy the great outdoors with comfortable accommodation for your base with various walking and biking trails (bikes can be hired on site); Solway Coast is less than two miles away, so you will be within easy reach of beaches and a dramatic coastline. There are also fishing sites, pubs, restaurants and interesting market towns close by.
