Upon arrival at the aerodrome you will be given a briefing on the principles of microlight flying. From there you are taken to the microlight for a general familiarisation of the vehicle and a run-through of the controls. After this it's up into the blue for the 30 minute flight of a lifetime! If the instructor feels confident that you are ready, you will even be able to take the controls and get the thrill of piloting the aircraft.
Notes
Your voucher is valid for 10 months for one person. Minimum age is 14 years old. No previous experience is necessary. Flight time will be 30 minutes depending on location and weather conditions. Maximum weight is around 14 stone. There is no maximum height. Flights are dependent on availability and are subject to the weather. It is recommended that you call on the date of your flight to check that it is safe to fly.
