In a busy stressful life, we all need outlets to unwind. What better way to beat your stress, than by feeding your fear as you lean back over the edge and shoot down the 30ft abseil tower! Learn the basics of abseiling, confident in the knowledge that you are attached to a safety rope. You can up the adrenaline even more and try it blindfolded!

On arrival at the venue you will be met by your instructor, who will conduct a full safety briefing. It is then time to get kitted up with all the safety gear before you take to the 30ft abseil tower. During the session you will cover the following; safety awareness, abseiling techniques, confidence tests and if you are brave enough you can try abseiling blindfolded. You will be fully supervised by an instructor throughout the day. This experience will last for approximately two hours, including briefing time and the issuing of safety equipment.

Notes

Your voucher will be valid for 10 months. The minimum age for this experience is 10 (Must be accompanied by a participating parent or legal guardian) and the weight limit is 16 stone. All participants must be in reasonable health and able bodied. There will be a maximum of 12 climbers per session. Participants are advised to wear loose fitting clothing and all specialist clothing and equipment will be supplied on the day. This experience runs March-October.
