Begin by making and drinking chocolate martinis before tasting exquisite chocolates from around the world including a sample from the rare Criollo bean. Next you'll infuse, pipe, dip and decorate fresh vanilla cream truffles before settling down to watch master Chocolatiers prepare gooey American style chocolate fudge. You'll then have the chance to shape, cut and decorate the fudge with luxurious toppings such as gold sugar, crystallised rose petals and caramelised hazelnuts to create lovely homemade treats. Move on to wine and match dessert wines with fruit infused truffles before flavouring chocolates with all sorts of original combinations. With unlimited bubbly on offer throughout, this workshop is the optimum indulgence for a chocoholic.
