Your payment details are entered directly on to secure servers provided by DataCash. Buyagift do not see or hold your credit card details at any stage during the transaction to ensure you have 100% security and peace of mind.

b) Privacy Policy
You can rest assured that your personal data is safe at Buyagift. We will only use it to send you our fortnightly newsletter (if you have requested it). Details of how to opt-out of our mailing list come with every news letter. We will never disclose your personal details to a third party under any circumstances.

2. How do I buy online?

Once you have had a good look through this website and selected your gift, simply complete the following steps:

  • Click BUY NOW
  • Add your personalised message
  • Go to checkout
  • Enter your delivery and billing details
  • Pay and confirm your order
Please make a note of your order number; your voucher pack will be despatched to you by your chosen delivery method the same working day if your order is placed prior to 3pm.

3. Can I pay by cheque?

To pay by cheque select the product(s) you wish to purchase and send us a cheque made payable to Buyagift PLC along with the full product name, your personal message (including who your gift is to and from), where and to who you would like your gift delivered.

Please clearly write a contact phone number on the back of the cheque (this ensures we process your order promptly when your cheque arrives). Please allow 7 days for your cheque to clear.

4. Why do prices for some activities vary from location to location?

We use a variety of suppliers across the UK. Some may offer slightly different itineraries or equipment. For example, rally schools use different classes of cars, which affects the cost of the activity. As far as possible, we have included full details of activities in the long description and agenda sections of the product pages to help you decide.

5.The voucher is for a present - can it be personalised?

Yes. At Buyagift we pride ourselves on our personalised vouchers. As you purchase the voucher we ask for the recipient's name, any personal message such as 'Happy Birthday' or 'Congratulations' and details of who the gift is from. Alternatively, if you leave the message blank "Have a fantastic experience!" will be printed.

You will receive a voucher pack under plain wrapping containing the following:

7. Can I see a copy of the voucher first?

At Buyagift we pride ourselves on our personalised vouchers. Each voucher is individually produced and coded. When you make your purchase online you will be prompted to enter a personal message.

The voucher contains all the relevant information required, including a brief description of the activity, the agenda, what to wear and location details. We also advise you of any restrictions. There are even a couple of photos to whet the appetite.


Most importantly the voucher contains details of how your recipient redeems their gift voucher for the experience of a lifetime. All Buyagift vouchers are open dated so your recipient if free to choose their ideal date, subject to availability. Most Buyagift vouchers have a minimum of 10 months validity. 8. Do I need to book a specific date for the activity to take place?

No. As most customers don't know when their recipient is likely to be available, all Buyagift activity vouchers are open dated so your recipient is free to choose their preferred date (subject to availability). Most Buyagift vouchers are valid for a maximum of 10 months, giving your loved one plenty of time to arrange their experience of a lifetime

9. How will my gift be delivered?

Gift experience voucher delivery
Orders for experience vouchers placed before 3pm are despatched the same day and delivered to you by Royal Mail First Class post (£2.49). Orders placed after 3pm will be processed and despatched the next working day and delivered to you by Royal Mail First Class post (£1.99).

Orders placed after 3pm Friday, or placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed and despatched on the next working day and delivered to you by Royal Mail First Class post.

For an additional £7.50 we offer a guaranteed next day delivery service. If we receive your order prior to 3pm on a Monday to Thursday your gift will be delivered before 1pm the next day. Perfect for those last minute presents.


Please note that Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery on Saturdays and therefore orders placed before 3pm for next day guaranteed delivery on Friday will be guaranteed to arrive before 1pm on the following Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday, in which case your order will arrive on the following Tueday).  Next guaranteed delivery requires a signature upon receipt.

We will do our utmost to ensure that your gift is received on time. However, in circumstances beyond our control such as postal strikes or force majeure we are unable to be held liable for the delays.

10. I have an experience voucher, how do I book?

Please visit the Tesco Gifts activation website. You will be asked to enter your voucher code, pin number and your contact details.All the relevant information for your experience including locations, booking numbers and a comprehensive run down of what you will be doing on the day is available by clicking on the flags and the Agenda and Restrictions tabs.All you will need to do now is select where you want to go and call the supplier to book your experience. 12. I have a "Buyagift open voucher" how do I redeem it?

Once you have decided which experience you wish to redeem your Buyagift open voucher for, simply send the tear off slip from the left hand side of your voucher along with your address, a contact phone number and the details of the experience of choice to our Customer Services Team at Buyagift PLC, 2nd Floor, 15 Station Road, New Barnet, Herts, EN5 1NZ.

We recommend delivery is made via special delivery to ensure safe receipt. Open Vouchers should be kept safe and treated as money.

13. I have lost my voucher, can I get a replacement?

If your voucher is lost or stolen (providing it has not already been redeemed) we can cancel it and provide a replacement voucher. There is a £10 administration charge for this service.

14. Can I extend the validity of my voucher?

All Buyagift vouchers have a maximum of 10 months validity. If the voucher has not been utilised within this period we are happy to extend your voucher for you for an additional 10 months if the voucher has not been utilised or booked with the supplier during this time. Please note that there is a £20 administration charge for this service and if the activity has increased in price you will also need to pay the difference in price.

Vouchers can only be extended if they are still within their expiry date.
